Our President
Our Award-Winning President, Ron Williams, once identified as Most Influential Business Leader, in the Business Journal - Arizona’s “Power People”, in Power Magazine, is a Serial Entrepreneur, Humanitarian, and Highly Sought out Business Coach and Consultant.
Ron was inducted into the Arizona Veterans Hall of Fame in 2022 for his business and community successes.
Ron Williams has effectively run three (3) Statewide Business Development Agencies in Arizona, working with government agencies at all levels and C-Level Executives for Fortune 500 companies and above.
Ron was the first African American business owner to own and operate a restaurant at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport in Terminal 4. He is currently a partner of three (3) new retail stores at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. He has a unique background as a Government Contracting Officer, and President/CEO of both Public and Private Businesses, with experiences that are very uncommon.

Once named, one of “100 Men Impacting Supplier Diversity” in the U.S. – Oct.15, 2006 – “Minority Business USA, Ron is a decorated, Desert Storm Era, Service-Disabled Veteran, U.S. Air Force, who possesses a combined 38+ years of Government and Private Sector experience directly assisting companies in winning over a combined $1 Billion dollars of business in the Government and Private Sector.
